After completing the course approval or course revision forms, please continue to process them with appropriate signatures. Do not submit these forms electronically; they will not be accepted electronically. For some of the forms, you must have the free Acrobat Reader software installed; other forms are available in Microsoft Word as well. If your department or division provides course approval and course revision forms, please continue to use them.
