Ethnic Studies



In recognition of increasing faculty and student interest in studies related to major ethnic groups in the United States, many courses have been added in this area. Below is a sampling of courses offered winter quarter that focus on comparative studies or on one of these U.S. ethnic groups: African American, Asian American, Chicano, Jewish, or Native American. These courses, among others, may be used to satisfy the U.S. Ethnic Minorities/Non-Western Society (“E”) general education requirement.
