Narrative evaluations are due 15 working days after the close of the term (SCR 9.2.2).

Evaluations that remain delinquent for more than two years are put in a special category. The sentence, “A narrative evaluation for this student has not been received from the instructor” will appear on the student’s permanent record. Notification is sent to department chairs, deans, and the Office of Academic Human Resources.
